Title: just picked up a 13 inch macbook air

thing is freaking fast.  has nothing to do with video games but its just incredible how fast it is and with 12 hour battery life....

They're cooooool little buggers.

Fun fact: One reason they're so thin is because they have limited CPU cooling devices. In order to compensate for this, when the CPU starts becoming to hot, it'll dynamically lower your CPU clock speed so it doesn't overheat. The first generation was pretty bad about slowing the CPU down, but I assume they have more efficient methods for the newer ones.

slow cpu speeds? whats that?
