What are your thoughts?  I've always wanted a PC That dedicates all my PC resources to gaming and leaves all the other systems functions off.

Does anyone know at least if there's an app to clean all the services that weaken a computers health on Windows?

If you have a decent machine then any background applications should be negligible to your game performance.
